Introduction to Inquiry Workshop with Balls and Ramps
Groups of teachers came together to explore the inquiry process by investigating balls and ramps. Led by the Institute for Inquiry, this page details the activities of their workshop, the facilitator's instructions, the materials they used, the guiding questions, and all of the work that they groups did to wrap up their investigations, including feedback. This page can be very useful if you'd like to enhance your knowledge of inquiry and for some inspiration before beginning explorations with your own students.

Teachers from the Palo Alto Unified School District working with Insight's Balls and Ramps kit offer these practical tips and modifications for other teachers based on their own experiences.
