Owlie Skywarn
Owlie
is the mascot of the National Weather Service and the
Federal Emergency Management Agency. Owlie's site teaches
kids about the hazards of severe weather, including
tornadoes, lightning, hurricanes, flash floods, and winter
storms, and offers safety tips for dealing with each.
Weather Basics from the Weather Dude
Not only will the Weather Dude tell you
all about the basics of weather, he'll sing to you too.
